IOI Loders Croklaan is proud to announce it won the prestigious FI Excellence award in the category Confectionery. The price was awarded to CristalGreen®, the innovative non hydrogenated crystallization starter that enables production of clean label confectionery products at high production speeds.
During the festive ceremony, held at the grounds of the Food Ingredients Europe exhibition in Frankfurt, Germany, the award was proudly accepted by Dr. Loek Favre, COO of IOI Loders Croklaan Europe. CristalGreen® is a patented, new generation, high speed crystallization starter that does not require hydrogenation.
