Our Creamelt® fats are designed to have cool melting properties, contrary to the more waxy taste left behind by more simple fats. The melt is fast, sharp, and ‘clean’ and the resulting mouth feel is always fresh and cool.

The Creamelt® fats range has a higher amount of symmetrical triglycerides, which makes a tempering process unavoidable during processing.
