In our search for a excellent melt in plant based cheese, our R&D and applications team used our PurePro faba protein that’s made through a proprietary extraction technology to maintain its natural structure and function. It delivers a melting quality and eating experience in vegan cheese that is truly reminiscent of traditional cheese.
